Q: Do I have to sign up online or can I get an “old fashioned” registration form instead?

ONLINE FUNDRAISING
Q: How do I send out emails to other people to start my fundraising?
A: Many people choose to use their own email program to write and send their own appeals, then they simply include the link to their runner page in the text of the email. (To copy your runner page link, log in and open your runner page. Then go to the top of your browser window, highlight the address found in the uppermost, left-hand field, and right-click to copy. Then paste it into your email.)
Q: How do I make sure a runner knows I made a donation?
A: If your donation was made online and the transaction went through (see instructions above to determine this), the runner will be able to see your donation on his runner page within a few business days. If you made an offline donation (cash or check) and mailed it to NBS directly without first notifying the runner, you may want to simply give the runner a call or send an email to let him/her know.
