SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
Registration: Online registration for summer camp opens Friday, February 1st. Camp registration requires a valid credit card. A Family membership is required for all camp families. The option to add a membership is available in the registration process.
CampInTouch: Alll camp registrations take place through CampInTouch, our camp registration system. This program is designed to make camp registration quick and easy for your family, you will need to set up an account at the time of registration. If you are unable to register online please call us at 401-846-2577 and we will help you with registration.
Late Registrations: Online Registration for each session closes Friday at 4:00 PM. If you wish to sign your child up for camp, you must come on Monday Morning and fill out a walk in registration form. Walk in registrations are on a first come, first serve basis, programs that are full will be marked in FULL in red on our website. Please bring a copy of your child's most recent physical and immunization records with you.

FORMS AND CAMP INFORMATION
Online Camp Forms: All camper information and medical forms are accessed through our CampInTouch registration system. In order for your child to come to camp, you must fill out all necessary forms. Forms that must be completed online are the Camper Medical Form (required), Photo Release Permission Form (required), Tick Removal Permission Form (required). Forms that must be downloaded online, filled out and returned are the Immunization Form (required), Physician Examination Form (required), and Medication Authorization Administration Form for (if needed). Immunization Form and Physician Exam Form: In order for your child to attend camp, we must have a copy of your child's immunization records and most recent physical. You may download our Immunization Form and Physician Examination Form. We will also accept a RI State Physical Form from your child's school records.
Special Requests: If your child wishes to be in the same camp group with ONE special friend in the same age range, BOTH parties must request the same one-on-one pairing on their online registration form. Registrations must be completed by June 1, 2013 for requests.
Scholarship Assistance: A limited number of partial scholarships are available based on need. To apply, please contact Nicole Lavoie at (401) 846-2577 ext. 32.
Multiple Session Discount: Children registering for three or more summer camp programs will receive a 10% discount on their third (and all additional) weeks of camp per child. Families with multiple children cannot combine registrations to qualify.
Cancelation Policy: There is a $50 administrative fee for all cancellations before June 1st. After June 1st, no refunds will be given.
Schedule Changes: There is a $25 fee for all schedule changes after forms are submitted if the request is made by June 1st. After June 1st, the fee is $100.
Camp T-shirts: This year, all campers attending travel camps must wear an NBS T-shirt when attending off-site programs. We will provide the first t-shirt, but you may wish to purchase more than one t-shirt if your child will be traveling off-site for or more than one program. We encourage all campers to wear t-shirts when traveling to the beach. Camp t-shirts are available at the time of registration for $10.
