Summer Camp Sponsorship Opportunities for Parents
If you love sending your child to summer camp at the Norman Bird Sanctuary, consider becoming a Summer Camp Sponsor. Camp Sponsorships will be used to improve camp programs and purchase items such as first aid supplies, arts & crafts materials, and nature discovery tools. Each camp sponsor will be recognized on our website.

Teddy Rock - $5.00: Help us to purchase supplies for our geology lessons including ingredients for puddingstone, our traditional camp snack.

The Good Gardens - $10.00: Each week campers use their senses to explore our teaching gardens and make delicious snacks right from the vegetables we grow at NBS. We’ll use these sponsorships to purchase supplies for our garden and supplies for Friday Fiesta, our end of week camp celebration!

Mabel Norman - $15.00: The Sanctuary’s founder, Mabel Norman, was a talented artist. Help us continue the tradition of art at the sanctuary. This sponsorship level will help us purchase art supplies for our camp programs.

Hanging Rock - $20.00: At NBS Summer Camp, we encourage campers to explore nature by using variety of tools. Help us purchase bug boxes, butterfly nets, ponding nets, and other nature discovery supplies.

Camp Safety - $25.00: Camp safety is a top priority at NBS. This sponsorship will help us to purchase first aid supplies and to offset the cost of First Aid/CPR training for staff members.

Camp Scholarship Fund - $30.00: At NBS we believe that environmental education should be available for all children. A donation to the scholarship fund will help us to make camp affordable for families in need of financial assistance.

Sponsorship donations can be made on your CampInTouch Account during online registration or the “Additional Options” of your account if your child is already enrolled in summer camp. Our Parent sponsorship form is available for download HERE
