studio view.JPGThe Norman Bird Sanctuary, situated on 325+ acres, is a land of contrast and diversity. Positioned along the Atlantic Ocean with breathtaking views, habitats include grassland, forest, ponds, and sandy beach.

Once the summer home of Mabel Norman Cerio and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Paradise Farm, including the farmhouse and 200 acres, is one of the oldest intact 18th century farms in the United States.  Mabel's vision opened the land to nature lovers, allowing them to explore, discover and observe the beauty of the property.

With seven miles of hiking trails, beautiful stonewalls throughout the property, peaceful garden settings, and unparalleled views, the Norman Bird Sanctuary is truly a special and unique site to host your next meeting or event.
